Sounds like you may have dry skin- I would suggest using hand cream

Charles asks…
What does it means when a girl take her hand away all the time when the guy try to hold her hands?
When the guy tried to hold a girl’s hand for at least 10 times and she took away her hands. They are in a relationship for 3 weeks and the girl always says she likes the guy a lot. She has all kind of body contact (like touching her face, her hand, upper body) with him. Though, she just doesn’t let him to hold her hand or kiss her or even hug her…what’s wrong with her?
ClubyMusic answers:
I think she’s just uncomfortable with the physical contact– so i’d advise the guy not to try to do any touchy stuff too much or it will creep her out or something and eventually, when she becomes more comfortable with the situation, she’ll be more comfortable with physical contact as well

Richard asks…
I woke up about a half hur ago and my hand/upper arm is numb and tingly?
I thought that maybe I had just slept on it but the tingliness isn’t going away? Whats going on, is this some sort of symptom for something else?
ClubyMusic answers:
Tingling is usually caused by either a pinched nerve or a diminished blood supply. It will often resolve itself, but if it’s not better after a few hours, you should contact your physician or chiropractor.

Paul asks…
Does the treadmill will help me to lose my shoulder parts?
I do walking on treadmill almost 6 days a week for 15 minutes in a speed of 3.5-4m/sec. My abdomen has gone down comparatively. But my hands upper parts are fleshy. How can I reduce it? Will that fat also will be burnt if I continue walking on treadmill? Thanks for the suggestions
ClubyMusic answers:
Walking is great exercise. Everyone is different. You might lose weight around your abdomen more easily than other areas, but if you stick with it, you’ll eventually see fat from other areas start to disappear. My suggestion is you add some upper body exercises to your routine. Push-ups are great! They’ll seem really hard when you first start, but you’ll be surprised how fast they become easier. Starting off with a goal of 10 is good. You might only be able to do 1 or 2, but within a week, you’ll be up to 5-7. You might also try walking for a longer period of time. Getting your heart rate up, and keeping it there for 30-40 minutes will really boost your weight loss.
